Health Alert for DeKalb County

A DeKalb County health inspector found a frozen guinea pig tucked in a freezer at La Sabrosa restaurant, 2857 Buford Highway. According to the chef of the restaurant it was for his personal consumption and even had a recipe that said to serve with salad and beer. Despite the frozen critter being found in the freezer where customer's food is kept, the inspector gave them an 87 on their inspection; which was up from it's previous inspection score of 79.

I really hope this is not one of JJ's & Stace's favorite restaurants, because I am sure this would ruin it for at least one of them.

Thanks for the heads-up! Luckily, I know the dangers and upsides to eating on Buford Highway. Though there are some seriously good and cheap restaurants there, it's probably the state hub for health code violations. Ack.
